Health Questions

1. Are all thing people healthy?
-People who maintain their weight through diet rather than exercise are likely to have major deposits of internal fat, even if they are otherwise slim.



2. What does health really mean?
-a healthy state of wellbeing free from disease
-the general condition of body and mind


3. Do teens consume have more of a healthy nutrition than adults or children?
-Teens need good nutrition to support healthy growth and development, but they are less likely than either adults or children to consume adequate amounts of fresh produce.


4. How do someone keep a healthy diet?
-Eat enough calories but not too many.
-Keep portions moderate
-Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes
-Limit sugary foods, salt, and refined-grain products
-Drink more water
-One step at a time
